Careful if you share your goals

People are constantly judging, we all do it whether we want to admit it or not. Some of us are thankfully a lot more humble about it than others but realistically we all have this trait.

Not everyone is always going to agree with your mindset, your path or your desires in life, its a fact you need to accept. We all have different perceptions of life and unfortunately not everyone is open minded which is where the negative judgements come in.

In fact, I receive negative judgements day in and day out due to the fact part of my business is selling intimate items, people don’t always accept things they do not understand or agree with.

If you are extremely driven and strong willed then you know how to block out the negativity and keep pushing towards where you feel you are headed but not everyone can block it out and therefore this post is for those individuals.

Keep it to yourself, if you don’t feel you’re at a point in which you can handle any negativity and you feel it will affect your current path keep quiet. I can promise you unless you’re ready those words and judgements will distract you from the end result you’re looking at.

Personally, going back home to WA for 3 weeks truly held me back from my potential and set me back in my goals. Mainly because the people I surrounded myself with and know from my past are on such a different level of life than me and don’t fully understand or want to understand where I’m headed right now. It had me 2nd guessing everything I was doing, once I came home I really had to sit down with myself and realize it was only because of the words of others that I was even thinking twice and now thankfully I’m back on track!

“Set some goals. Stay quiet about them. Smash the shit out of them. Clap for your own damn self.”
